Our Company

Situs Property Management (SPM) is conveniently located in the Atlanta Metro Area and locally owned. Established in 2003, we serve a growing need for professional property management that specializes in both commercial and residential. We provide services to investment property owners for real estate management, leasing, contract administration and accounting. Listed below are a few of the many services included:

SPM strives to maintain a clean, well-maintained property at a reasonable cost. We encourage all residents to help maintain a friendly neighborhood environment and get involved with their community. When the time comes that a resident requires maintenance, we do our best to respond and fix the problem within 24 hours. At times, the project may require more than 24 hours, but that is the exception.
